PHYSICAL PROGRESS
GMS-CDC2 implementation is slow, at 52.05% compared with elapsed time at 30 June 2014 of nearly 3 years and haft (39 months of 57 months or 68.42%). This lag is due to late approval of AOP 2014. The Weighting (a) of each sub-output is a constant value for the duration of the project.The Score is expressed as a percentage of the Weight (a), times the Rating (b) of progress in the sub output [Score x = (a) x (b)/100]. Each sub output score is totalled to give a total scored percentage.

Physical progress measures the weighted percentage achievement of results in outputs and sub-outputs. The measure is calculated quarterly and it is cumulative. The cumulative total is compared with the percentage (%) of elapsed time of the project time spend.
The standardized physical progress is approximately 76.07% at 30 June 2014. The compares of weight progress of 52.05% with an elapsed period of 68.42% since project effectiveness (22 March 2011, or, 39 months). Download
