Contract No. GMS/HSP/AF/ICB/G/16 and Title: Ambulance 27 units
Deadline for Submission of Bids: 9th July 2026 at 10am (Cambodia Time)
- The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
- The Ministry of Health, Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply Ambulances 27 units
- Bidders must bid for all quantities, as further defined in the Bidding Document.
- Only eligible Bidders with following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following experience and financial requirements:
- that the Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least one (1) contract for supply of similar goods within the last 5 years of not less than USD 1,536,000.
- that the Bidder has a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of USD 3,840,000, calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years (2023, 2024 and 2025).
- that the Bidder has Availability of or Access to Liquid Assets (i.e. Cash in Bank, Valid Lines of Credit), and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is USD 960,000.
- that the Manufacturer of the offered goods, if a different entity from the Bidder, has been in production at least 5 years, and the offered goods have been in satisfactory operation for a minimum 3 years.
- that, in the case of a Bidder not doing business within Cambodia, the Bidder is represented by a Qualified Agent in Cambodia equipped and able to carry out the Supplier’s warranty, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts stocking obligations prescribed in the Conditions of Contract and/or Technical Requirement;
