Deadline for Submission of Bids: 7^th May 2026 at 10:00 AM (Cambodia Time) 
1.The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2.The Ministry of Health, Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Medical Equipment for Emergency and ICU
3.Bidders may bid for one or more lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document.
